Certifications
Since its foundation in 2007 DVG AUTOMATION has worked on its quality system and certifications in order to comply to the International standards (ISO etc). DVG has also been qualified and approved by the major international end users and engineering companies proving to be a most reliable actuators manufacturers. All finished actuators are tested and certified by our internal quality department before being released.

Inspection and Testing
One of the DVG AUTOMATION main strengths surely is the testing department: the produced equipment is tested and delivered complete with its own pertinent testing certificate.
The procedure could easily lead the testing department to become the bottleneck in the production flow activities, but this is not true for DVG AUTOMATION who, since the beginning, has designed a powerful test ring equipped as follows:
- 1 off Static (step by step measurement) Test Bench up to 5.000 Nm
- 1 off Dynamic (continuous measurement) Test Bench up to 5.000 Nm
- 1 off Dynamic (continuous measurement) Test Bench up to 30.000 Nm
- 1 off Static (step by step measurement) Test Bench up to 30.000 Nm
- 1 off Dynamic Test Bench up to 250.000 Nm
- 1 off Static Test Bench up to 250.000 Nm
