SMART DIAGNOSTIC AND CONTROL UNIT (PATENTED BEACON LOCAL INDICATOR; PATENT NR PR2014A000089/102014902318574)

The SDCU-20 is an intelligent controller suitable to perform “PST”, “FST”, “SOV” Test, providing diagnostic data suitable for predictive maintenance. The SDCU-20 operate, test and control cleverly any kind of valves operated by hydraulic, pneumatic and gas piston type actuator, equipped with solenoid valve(s).

  • Rugged Die-cast Aluminium or Stainless Steel enclosure
  • Engineered to control valves used in safety functions.
  • Does not interfere with Emergency Shut-Down (ESD) signal.
  • Equipped with a contactless position sensor and with a high visibility Patented local position indicator.
  • Increases the reliability, efficiency and safety of plant operation.
  • Can be equipped with optional mechanically or magnetically or Namur position signalling switches.
  • Has no “steady state” air / gas / oil consumption.
  • Different optional available as per enclosed bulletin
